OPTION 1 — SUBMIT DIRECTLY

You can submit your claim documents directly to the insurer’s designated claims office.

OPTION 2 — SUBMIT THROUGH THE INSURANCE COMPANY / BRANCH

In applicable cases, you may submit the claim through the company that issued your insurance contract.

OPTION 3 — SUBMIT ONLINE

For eligible insurance contracts, claims can be created through the BaoViet Direct application.

The handbook states that online claims using soft-copy documents apply to eligible contracts and claims with an insured amount below VND 10 million.
